Why Professional Photos Make All the Difference
When it comes to Airbnb, first impressions are everything. Travelers scrolling through dozens of listings will stop and click on the one that catches their eye. Professional photos can elevate your property’s appeal, showcasing its unique charm and creating an emotional connection with potential guests.
Statistics show that Airbnb listings with high-quality, professionally taken photos receive 40% more bookings and can even command higher nightly rates. Self-made pictures often fail to capture the true essence of a property—poor lighting, unflattering angles, and clutter can turn potential guests away. Investing in professional photography isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about increasing your property’s visibility and profitability.

How The Process Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We start with a personal conversation—either in person or over the phone—to understand your property and your preferences. You’ll walk m through the key highlights you want to showcase, whether it’s a cozy reading nook, a stunning view, or a designer kitchen. We’ll also discuss your target audience and any styling ideas you have in mind.
Step 2: The Photoshoot
On the day of the shoot, you don’t need to be present as long as I have access to the property (a key drop-off or smart lock code works perfectly). A typical session lasts between 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the property. During this time, I focus on capturing each room’s best angles and unique features, ensuring every photo tells a story.
Step 3: Delivery
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a curated selection of 2-3 high-quality images per room, professionally edited to highlight your property’s charm. These photos will be optimized for online platforms like Airbnb and other booking sites, ensuring they look stunning across all devices.
Price
My pricing is straightforward:
The cost of the shoot is equivalent to three nights’ stay at your property.
This transparent pricing structure ensures you know exactly what to expect.
This includes 2-3 high-quality, post-processed images per room. For special requests, custom pricing can be arranged.
